We are conveniently located in the Fishing Village next to Nico’s and P.O.P on Pier 38. We are open 7 days a week from 4:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. including Holidays and Weekends.

We are open to the general public as well as any other businesses that need to purchase packaged ice. Our team at Hawaiian Ice Co. strives to be the best and provide our customers with excellent service and great quality packaged ice.

About Us

Hawaiian Ice Co. is proudly owned by JEMS Enterprises, LLC. Since 1998 we’ve continued to serve the island of Oahu and provide the same level of service from our newly built federal and state-certified facility. Hawaiian Ice Co. is also the largest packaged ice distributor on Oahu.

Here at Hawaiian Ice Co. “We freeze to Please!” with the Islands finest water supply to assure that our customers are provided with the best quality of packaged ice.

At maximum capacity we produce up to 300 tons of ice daily and any unused water is sent to our cooling towers that allows it to evaporate and be renewed into our Eco System. Our ice undergoes a triple freezing process that prevents the ice from sticking together, so you don’t have worry about huge chunks of ice.

As part of our contribution to "Go Green" we have recently changed our 7 lb. & 12 lb.  & 40 lb.(CU) bags to heat-seal. By doing so, it minimizes the usage of plastic & metal dramatically! Our goal is to eventually convert all of our metal tie bags to heat-seal.

Hawaiian Ice Co. is IPIA-Rated PICQS Plus Certified and Approved by Board of Health & FDA. We are also a member of The Western Ice Association and International Packaged Ice Association.
